AUTOGRAPHS

All items sold include Karolyn Grimes' autograph. If you wish items to be personalized (e.g. "To John") please note this in the special inscriptions/personalizing area of the order form when you check out. If you've purchased several items that require different names, please be sure to provide clear instructions. Karolyn will sign the items without personalization.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping and handling charges are based on the price of ordered items and destination.

For U.S. or Canadian destinations, orders up to $50 add $17 for shipping/handling. Orders from $51-$100 add $19. Above $100 add $21. We will use USPS in most cases. Shipping to Canadian destinations may vary. Send an email to zuzu@zuzu.net requesting details.

Due to the higher shipping costs for international destinations, for orders up to $50 add $38 for shipping/handling. Orders from $51-$100 add $42. Above $100 add $46.

SECURE CREDIT CARD ORDERING

Your orders are taken using the latest in online security. The processing is done by sending your credit card information fully encrypted to a secure server. This is exactly the same method and security used by the large online stores. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Diners Club cards.

If you do not feel comfortable ordering online or your browser does not support encryption, you have the option to print out a completed order form and mail it the old-fashioned way using postal mail. Simply choose either of the last two options when given the payment options menu. You can pay by credit card, personal check, money order or cashiers check. We are not set up to receive faxed or phone orders.

PRIVACY POLICY

We will never use any information you provide us for any purpose other than to fill your order. We ask for an email address in case we have questions about your order. Your personal information will not be given to any other person or company. You won't even be put on a mailing list because we don't have one!
